Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Every piece is carefully selected and inspected before it reaches you, but if something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple.
14-Day Easy Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn and unused

Returned in original packaging

In the same condition you received them
We inspect all returns, items that show signs of wear may not be accepted.
What Can’t Be Returned
To keep things fair and hygienic, we can’t accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll sort it quickly.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
